I was born and raised in California. I am married and have raised my three children in San Diego. I now live in Solana Beach and love to hop on my bike and ride up or down the coast and also have my favorite inland loops.  Along with riding solo, my wife and I tandem  

I started doing duathlons in the early 90’s and eventually became a 3 time Ironman.   I have competed in Ironman Canada in 1996 And 1998 And Ironman California in 2000.  Riding has always been my passion.
